This book was a little bit of a let down after book 5, although I still enjoyed it. Raven finally gets to meet the elusive vampire parents. They are everything I expect and don't expect them to be. It seemed such a typical teen reaction book. The parents do something drastic and so in return Raven and Alexander overreact. THIS STORY IS A GOOD ONE. IT SHOWS THAT YOU SHOULD STAND UP FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN AND DO WHAT YOU THINK IS RIGHT FOR YOU AND THOSE YOU LOVE. IT IS A GREAT COMING OF AGE STORY. I AM HOLDING MY BREATHE FOR THE NEXT STORY.

I love the Vampire Kisses series, it's cute & fun and I've enjoyed reading all the books so far. As I'm going through a "crazy for vampires" faze, this is probably the fifth vampire series I've read so far and it compares really well with all the others. I'm sure you'll enjoy reading it as much as I have.
