This book is a great way to get a step by step instruction on what a leader should do in a new environment. It has been very helpful to me and I expect to refer it to others.

The book had some common themes and good ideas. I did use some of the concepts and they have helped me get off to a good start in my first CFO role.

I bought both this book and "the first 90 days". The second book is definately better, unless you like baseball analogies...
