Easy to read and somewhat easy to find a specific ruling. Poorly indexed. They have a long way to go in making rules easier to understand but have made a good start.

As a high school golf coach, I've used the Golf Rules Illustrated to help the students learn the rules of the game. I really like the anecdotes provided at the end of a chapter on a specific rule, where stories of Phil Mickelson being penalized or Tiger Woods benefitting from the Rules of Golf make the rule a lot more relevant to the students.
