Three contrasting art styles by three different illustrators meet in a single picture book. It works! Here's how:

I was NOT happy with the product. . .it showed up on my front door step damaged. I don't know if that was the sellars fault or the post office's. So I have no clue how to rate this product. It took about 12 days to get from CO to ID, which I thought was long, but it did show up. . .bent in half. A hard bound book does not bend in half easily so hats off to whomever destroyed my book. You must have some muscle.

When I finished reading this book to my 2nd grade class and they applauded! I had chosen this book as an illustration of how authors use the craft of voice, but my students were so taken with the book, they wanted to write their own endings. This is a book that belongs on every teachers shelf.
