It was easy to pick up and put down this book for those that don't have a lot of extra time on your hands. However, it is what it is....clips from a magazine compiled together. I only found about 8 pages that were new information for me.

Just recently started to try and get pregnant so I found this in the local library and brought it home. What a wonderful, easy to understand guide to getting pregnant. It is filled with tons of suggestions for what to avoid and what not to avoid while trying to conceive. There were also many statistics on things such as chances to conceive at different ages, how often women miscarry and chance of pregnancy afterwards. Walking into the "pregnancy" section of my local bookstores was disappointing due to the lack of books available about getting pregnant. I snapped this up with its companion Fertility Journal: The Fertility Journal: A Day-to-Day Guide to Getting Pregnant. I'm so glad I did - I've never had an easier time reading an informational book!
There are great tidbits in here, science facts, myth-busters, comforting thoughts, etc. The book is arranged in handy sections if you don't want to read it ... Read More

I made notes and marked pages with sticky notes. This book was an easy read. Lots of great info, not bogged down with medical terms or large chapters. Going to the doctor today, using info from book to help me get the best result possible.
