This is a great book to have on hand, and makes shopping a lot easier. [...]. The prices on Amazon are ridiculous. The guide does not have everything, but it has a lot. When the prices are lower on Amazon, then it would be easier to be able to get it here. I also buy bulk gluten free food on Amazon.

Celiac has recently been diagnosed in our family, this book makes grocery shopping and cooking easy. thanks for carrying this book!

This book has made my life SOOOO much less frustrating. I carry it with me at all times in my purse and I literally walk into the grocery store, look up the brands I can have, and go find them...no more label reading! GREAT GREAT book! I recommend it to ANYONE, especially those who have just been diagnosed and need some guidance.

During the past month, I have been having a lot of stomach issues and between doing research on the web and consulting of my friends and parents it seemed like I have either have developed a wheat allergy or have Celiac disease. After I started watching out for wheat products (and avoiding them), I am feeling much better.
