I love this cookbook! I became hooked on Heidi's recipes from her blog (101cookbooks.com) and just had to have her book. Packed with tons of recipes with different ingredients, all natural cooking tips, and beautiful photos, this book is wonderful. Most of the ingerdients are not used by the everyday cook, but if you're trying to utilize more all natural and organic items, give this book a try!

No, really! Reading this book is an education about the foods we eat everyday. My understanding of pantry staples such as flower and sugar has grown so much! I now know about, and am excited to use many nutrient filled alternatives! I considered myself a knowledgeable, and caring person when it came to what my family and I ate before, but this book has opened my eyes. Heidi has made me excited about health food again!
