My 14 yr old loves this game. He recently chose to use a monthly free movie/game coupon, that came with the gamecube, for a movie instead because he said he knew he'd want to play this game the most anyway.

I was a fan of the first installment of Rogue Squadron, but I'm not impressed with where the series has gone. The main problem for me is visibility: TIE fighters are tiny and almost impossible to see (especially in space battles), making taking them too much of a challenge. This game is a great game but it is kind of hard. It has great graphics and sound. You can either play as Wedge Antellies or Luke Skywalker. Pretty good combination if you ask me! There are also medals and points you earn at the end of each level on how good you do (bronze, silver,or gold medals) and you can unlock "secret" levelswith those points. There are also different views of the ship you are in, such as third person and cockpit ... Read More

I love this game with the missions espaiclly the Battle of Endor because there are many tie fighters to shoot and you have to shoot tie bombers. The mission that is hard is Strike of the Core, because you have to protect the Millemiun Falcon all the time by the tie fighters. It's great game for shooting experts.

The Positives. Graphically, there is probably not a better presentation on any home console to date. I love the overlaying of graphics with original movie footage. The detail it provides is amazing for the current generation of consoles. The sound presentation ... Read More
