Really cute movie with a great message. I can watch it in the middle of Summer, it isn't just for Christmas. If you are feeling down, this can be very uplifting.

I love to watch the Christmas movies and specials. I frequently record them to watch at a later time. I re-use the tapes after I watch the shows. But I didn't re-use the tape from 'If You Believe'. Even my grown sons enjoyed this movie. It seems to capture the essence of the reality that we only have one life, and we miss out if we live only for the grind of work and responsibilities. This is the most annoying acting Hayden Panettiere has ever done. I loved all the other movies she was in and thought this would be cute and fun to watch, boy was I wrong! She was loud and abnoxious. That mixed with Ally Walkers sour and boring personality along with bad acting, made this movie horrible! My family watching it with me - half of them left the room and the rest of us were disappointed! We were all annoyed!

I saw this movie the first night it aired and I loved it instantly. I recorded it. I had to introduce it to my mom,and since then it has become a family favorite. These two actresses(Hayden & Ally)are splendid actors. I laughed so hard when I first viewed it, and still do. ...you will love "If You Believe". I was searching for this film and am thrilled to be able to order it on DVD. This made for television Christmas film has stayed with me since it first aired. It spoke to my often neglected *Inner child* and how we, as adults, sometimes lose that very special and sweet part of ourselves.
