The Pondmaster 1350 Garden Pond Filter System creates an exotic atmosphere while providing ease of use and reliablity for ponds up to 800 gallons. This system comes complete with the Pondmaster 1000 Filter, particle and carbon fitler pads, a fish safe Model 3 Mag-Drive Pump with a 350 gph flow rate, 18 foot power cord, and two 3/4" hose fittings and hose to connect the units. Two free fountain heads, which can be directly connected the pump, are also included with the kit and provide an exciting water display to your pond. The Pondmaster 1350 displays a 10 1/2 foot high fountain with a choice of four patterns: bell, lotus, high fleur di lis, and low fleur de lis. The fitler has a modular design, allowing the units to be connected together for larger ponds with more biological load becuase of higher fish population or abundant plant growth. It can also be used in as little as 6 inches of water. The heavy-duty handle and quick disconnect coupling makes removal from the pond easy. The coupling also has garden hose threads for adaptability. The filter is designed to connect to the intake of the submerged Mag-Drive Pump by use of the supplied flexible vinyl hose. The water is drawn into the filter and then passes through the enclosed coarse pre-filter and finer carbon filter pad. This pond filter and fountain head perfectly suits our pond, which is about 5'x8'x 1.5 feet deep. It keeps the water clear, and the fish just love to frolic in the fountain water! We could definitely tell a difference between this filter and the standard filter that came with the Pondkit purchased from a major retailer. We highly recommend the Pondmaster!

I bought one of these pumps and it workded perfectly...so much so that I recommended it to my friends and also bought 2 new pumps for my new pond. HOWEVER, there seems to be a manufacturing defect in the newer pumps because on both of my new pumps...the hose connecting the pump to the filter does not fit tightly...I connected one of the pumps in the morning and went to work and when I came home in the evening I noticed that the pump was very low...I decided to clean the filters...then I realised ...
