This is a really great dvd with hours of footage. The concert with Cindy, Terry and Amanda is great with some funny parts, but the real gem is the extras. There is more than an hour of behind the scenes/backstage footage. There's back stage footage of En Vogue at several different events that Cindy seems to have contributed to the DVD from her own personal video camera(she shoots much of this footage and narrates).
