Absolutely nothing left of the original, the censors have obviously had a field day with this one.. half the footage gone. A mere shell of the movie it once was... let's hear it for the censors! NOT!

Ah, 70's Adult Animation. Fritz the Cat, Heavy Traffic, Dirty Duck, The Nine Lives of Fritz The Cat... and this... yeeech... it should have been so much better...
Picha is a Belgian animator who was of some popularity in France, however whatever appeal this film might have had seems lost in the translation.
