This is a set of junky markers in a big splashy box - the marker's tip has two colors so they are therefore called "3D". If I found this product is the dollar store, I'd pay a buck for it, but the $19.99 is absurd. Save your money, these are selling only because of the brightly colored oversized box that makes poor kids think it's going to be a lot more than it is. Guess it's a good lesson!

My 8-year-old daughter wanted this for a long time, and I couldn't figure out why. After getting it she complained it wasn't working. It turns out she took "3-D" and "Create Lettering That POPS" literally. She was disappointed when the ink didn't puff up from the paper. So now she essentially has another set of markers. If I had known this was what see expected, I would have told her otherwise before she wasted her $20 gift card.

Its regular markers with a fine point of color changing pen in the middle. You can make some neat effects with little effort.
It comes with the type of coloring pages like velvet art so they cant really color outside the lines, which my daughter likes that kind.
The markers arent that great of quality, but if you put the lids back on after you use a marker then there might be enough ink to get through most of the pictures that comes with it.

I got this for my son for his birthday, it was the one thing he asked for. One of the pens stopped working the next day. We found a better set of color-changing pens at Target, called "Paintastics". Try them instead.
