TUFFCUFF is one of the best purchases that I have ever made. The concepts that are gone through in the book are well thought out.

No better or worse than other fitness manuals on the market. If the purpose
was to provide a basic level of total body fitness, then the author should say so
since, except for a small number, the exercises aren't specific to pitchers or baseball.
The title is somewhat misleading with the phrase, "Tuff Cuff," in large letters and the strength and conditioning part
in smaller, white letters, on a red, ribbon type background. The rotator cuff section is the smallest section ... Read More

I started Tuff Cuff in June. My fastball speed jumped from 84 mph to 89 mph this summer, and I touched 91 mph on scout day during fall ball. This program is SICK! I can't wait to see if it keeps going up!
