If you are a cosplayer or someone who gets into costuming, these boots are a good buy. The picture is a very accurate representation of the product. On the inner leg portion is a zipper extending the entire length of the boot so you can easily get in and out of them. I own two pair of these boots in the brown color and they are the best boots I've found so far for fantasy cosplaying.

For the price I paid, it was a great deal. But, if you have large calves you may run into a problem. I naturally have large legs. I'm a size 11 shoe (Medium), but I opted for the 12/13 (Large). My foot fits fine, but my calves have no chance. If you have a calf, and at it largest point, it's a circumference of 18" you might be fine with the large (MAYBE!), but mine are 20" so I'm having my Captain-100 Large boots altered. This is actually a very high quality costume boot. They look pretty authentic and can take a lot of abuse if you wear them a lot.
They come in a large shoe box and are folded over. Due to the thin(ish) material the boots are made of, the folds leave some wrinkling. So unfortunately, if you want them to be wrinkle free, you'll have to straigten them yourself. This can be irritating. But they are very good none the less.
I would definately reccomend them.
