We bought this for my 4-year old. He loves it! He wore it for Halloween, and wears in in the house too. The cape is almost as long as the legs in the suit and he loves to make it "fly" out behind him as he runs. The suit is one-piece with the "boots" at the end designed to pull the material over his tennis shoes; therefore, it looks like real boots. The cape pulls over the head and has a velcro enclosure on the back. I thought this was a great deal for the cost! I highly recommend it.
