Product Description: Each year, on the third weekend of November one of the most heated rivalries in sports writes a new chapter. No matter the rankings, no matter the records, THE MICHIGAN WOLVERINES are focused on one thing? BEAT OHIO STATE. DISC 1 - November 22, 1969 - Ann Arbor, MI - Michigan 24 ? Ohio State 12 The official start of the ?Ten-Year War,? this game ranks as one of the biggest upsets in college football history. Ohio State entered the game as the defending national champions and the top-ranked team in the country, with a 22-game winning streak under the direction of head coach Woody Hayes. The Wolverines? rookie head coach Bo Schembechler, who had played and coached under Woody Hayes had one goal when he came to Ann Arbor ? to beat Ohio State. DISC 2 - November 25, 1995 - Ann Arbor, MI - Michigan 31 ? Ohio State 23 # 2 Ohio State came to Ann Arbor undefeated and averaging 40ppg, while the Wolverines were mired in a sub-par three loss season. But that didn?t stop the Wolverines? Tim Biakabutuka from exploding for 313 yards, dwarfing Heisman Trophy candidate and eventual winner Eddie George?s 104 rushing yards for Ohio State. DISC 3 - November 22, 1997 - Ann Arbor, MI - Michigan 20 ? Ohio State 14 With their first shot at a national championship in 50 years on the line, the Wolverines took it to Ohio State physically right from the kickoff. Michigan?s Charles Woodson got into a scuffle early with Ohio State?s top receiver David Boston, but it was Woodson?s day as he racked up a 37-yard reception at wide receiver, an interception in the end zone at cornerback and a 78-yard punt return for a touchdown. The win propelled the Wolverines to a national championship and Woodson to becoming the first defensive player ever to win the Heisman Trophy.

THESE ARE JUST A FEW OF THE MOST IMPORTANT GAMES IN U-M FOOTBALL HISTORY. I WOULD ENJOY SEEING MOST ALL MICHIGAN GAME WINS ON DVD/B-D; BUT MOSTLY THE ONES BEATING OSU. HOWEVER THIS SAME RIVALRY SERIES MAKES THIS PRODUCT IN OTHER SIMILAR TITLES. THIS SET IS THE BEST FOR THOSE HAIL TO THE VICTORS INTEREST AND GO BLUE!

Funny that this DVD was released last year, and the most recent game they include is from over a decade ago... but then again, Ohio *has* beaten Michigan the past 5 years now..
When are they going to make an Ohio: Beat Michigan Dvd?? They could make a whole box set out of that.
Go Buckeyes ;)

I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas, a huge Michigan fan. I was going to order it from the M-Den official store and it was sold out, so I was lucky to find it here. He was super excited! It came quickly in the mail also.
