As another reviewer said, it is hard work, but worth it. It made me look inward and really take a look at things. I'm glad I went through the work. This was my first book by this author.

i've only done the first few exercises, they are pretty hard for me :D it's actually the hardest work i think i ever done on myself ! well worth the money :D

I found this book helpful for working out what my subconscious expectations were in different areas of my life (career, relationship, health etc)which was actually quite painful. I was then guided to create affirmations to change my expectations. Highly recommended if you want to do some soul searching.

If I could give no stars, I would. I'm putting this review on each of Louise Hay's titles to warn people who fall into believing that this is a caring, compassionate person. I met her recently at an event and was about to compliment her on one of the books her company publishes that Dr. Dyer wrote for children.
