Ever since I seen the movie,I purchased the video and I can watch it over and over.We moved and misplaced it,purchased a DVD and I can watch it all the time.Having everyone enjoy it with me with no complaints.Given a DVD as a present and was greatfull for it.It is a really good movie!!

Yes, the movie is implausible and most of the actors are obviously laughing on the inside over their dialogue and motivations, but it's a big-budget action flick, so that's what makes it fun. It has some of the most quotable dialogue in recent memory and it's one of those movies you can watch over and over again just for kicks. Besides, who can resist a movie that has a minor plot point involving a stuffed bunny?

I try to purchase only movies that I know I will want to see enough that their price will outweigh the rental fees. This is one of them. Good action movie.

Why all of a sudden are DVD's advertising ANAMORPHIC 2:35 Aspect ratios only to buy a dvd, open it, play it and see it is NOT ANAMORPHIC 2:35?!!?
This is advertised to be 2:35, but it is not!!! Just like the ABYSS which I just bought, it too claimed 2:35 only to play it and see it is not. Now Con Air pulled the same. Put it in the dvd player expecting a 2:35 aspect ratio only to see the HUGE BLACK BARS with about a 4 or 5 inch wide picture (on a 62" HD Sony). Impossible to watch!! 90% black bars and 10% picture!!! After 5 minutes of watching this aspect ratio you are ready to pull your hair out. GREAT MOVIE, but impossible to watch. Why am I suddenly buying DVD's that advertise anamorphic 2:35 only to open them, play them and see they are not anamorphic 2:35? Once a DVD is open, you cannot get a refund or a different dvd. So how does one know when buying a DVD if the aspect ratio advertised is correct? This is the 4th dvd I have bought in the last 2 weeks that claimed a 2:35 widescreen, but was not. Who the heck can stand to watch a movie with 90% black bars and only a small sliver of the actual movie? And how can they advertise it to be something it is not and then not give a refund??? 4th one in 2 weeks!! How do we know if what we are buying is what is advertised???
