I received the Jesus of Nazareth DVD in excellent condition and in a timely fashion. It was a birthday gift for my son. The price was good. He was happy and so was I. Thank you Amazon.

I thought I had seen this film before; but I hadn't- this DVD is really a true classic in every sense of the word. The acting by Robert Powell is superb, as is the all-star cast. No home DVD library should be without it.

Ahh yes, the old VHS version of this was just as good. Jesus of Nazareth is a classic movie, I would even say better in character development than Mel Gibson's The Passion. Taken from the gospels with minor deviations for dramatizatino purposes, this movie by far is one of the best of all time..

Jesus of Nazareth is an accurate and inspirational version of the history and events, that depict the Life of Jesus Christ. We enjoy watching it around the holiday season, and just any time we want to feel uplifted. I would recommend it to anyone, especially those who are seeking spiritual guidance.

Some times we like a movie so much that we see it over and over and over...well this is definetely the one to never stop seeing. This version of Jesus life is the best and the one that makes more sense. People looking for the meaning in their life, here you will find it. Believe it! I did!
