This swing is very basic, but it gets the job done. We didn't want to spend too much on an outdoor swing because the weather will just wear it down anyway. This swing is perfect for us and our 4-month-old, who has good head control. Despite what the manufacturer says, I wouldn't use this swing until your child has excellent head control. The seat can be tilted back, but you'd still have to push very slowly in order to prevent the baby's head from slapping the back.

We loved this swing last summer when my son was under 12 months old. My little guy is a peanut and I thought it would last a while, however, as he began to move around he was able to flip the swing. He was just over a year and leaned forward as far as he could and the whole thing flipped over. Needless to say we took it down immediately. We are now looking into a Step 2, 5 point harness, toddler swing.

I can't even being to say how much we have gotten our money's worth with this swing and we will use it tons more. WE have had it for two years now. My two daughters (2 1/2 and I) both love this swing. We have never had any safety problems and I, personally, can't comprehend how a child could fall out. I beg my children to get out of it because I get so tired of pushing it. The ropes are a little annoying but between looking at the instructions and a little common sense the swing will swing perfectly straight.

Love this swing but I found it to tilt sometimes. We try to fix it but does not last long. My kids love it and always want to sit in it. I would buy it again.

It has been a fun swing for us. If the ropes were longer I would like it better. It has seat belts and the front peice clips down tightly so it is safe.
