SEX, DRUGS, HIV - YES, IT'S ALL THERE IN THE DAREDEVIL COMIC BOOK INCLUDED WITH THIS TOY. My 4 year old nephew loves his action figures and for his birthday requested a Daredevil action figure. I ordered the action figure and gave it to him for his birthday. He went home with it and shortly after I received a call from his parents telling me of the vulgar contents of the comic book. I went to their home to see for myself and it was true! There are references to sex, drugs, HIV and dying in the comic book. This product is not appropriate for any age!!!! Parents beware! Especially for children that can read. I was extremely embarrased and very angry that a toy recommended for children 4 years and older would contain such trash.

this figure is great. but there is one bad thing about it: the little plastic clip that is supposed to go around his waist does not fight around it. overall it is a very kool toy and should delight collecters of all ages. a great toy to get as a gift, for someone else, or just for yourself. highly detailed and fully articulated. also another drawback is the point that his arms and legs do not have double joints, therefore they do not move outwards. but it's still really really cool so you should get it!!!

i am a big fan of DD and i just think this figure deserves a better review than what other review sites are giving. Sure it may have fewer POA's and ben affleck as matt murdock, for some, may not be a popular choice but considering that it was adapted from the movie (which i think,really kicked ass!) gives this particular toy a certain touch of rarity, especially the bearded variant. and maybe due to unpopular demand, we might not be able to see affleck as the man without fear ever again! rare enough? hahaha!

Finally, a Daredevil movie action figure! After all this time (it's been 4 months since the movie came out), no one can complain about the great detail and sculpt and likeness to Ben Affleck. However, this toy falls short in the articulation department. He's poseable at the hips, knees and elbows. His wrists swivel and bend, his waist swivels, and his ankels bend out, in and swivel as well. His head twists, too. However, it's very odd how his shoulders and hips aren't ball-jointed. Still, it's hard to complain about this, cause it hust looks great to look at on the shelf, and is just fun to play with.

..... here is a run down of the pros an cons of this Daredevil
1. this action figure is pretty tough, he would keep taking 6-7 foot falls from the wall, luckily he always lands on cushiony surfaces.
2. whats disappointing is that he's not THAT super-posable, he doesn't have the double joints on his knees or elbows or the poseable torso or hip joints. and if you try to get him to stand on his little church he will keel over because TOY BIZ has been making very weak ankles for MArvel LEgends.
3. He has a great likeness to ben affleck and the costume looks great, right out of the movie. the nunchucks are cool, but he could have used another weapon like a long stick that he uses.
This is an awesome figure but the overall problems have to be the lack of articulation and the usual weak ankles. .......
