My husband and I both enjoy this movie and like to watch this movie and National Lampoons Vacation before or after we take a vacation. They are different styles but both are fun movies.

The genius of James Stewart could never be overlooked. Few actors can pull off the full spectrum from drama to comedy successfully. Stewart never let his audience down and this film, although perhaps not his most captivating, remains among the best in comedy film classics.

This movie was purchased as a gift for my husband. We've seen it quite a few times on TBS and just loved it. Jimmy Stewart and Maureen O'Hara are so funny together and one of our favorite lines is when Jimmy Stewart tells the housekeeper "sun on the beach" and she perceives it as something quite different! Ha! It's a great family movie, although you may have to explain a few things to the younger generation while watching, like pull chains on the toilets and no electricity. But this movie was made in the 60's and a lot of great ones came out of that era. Check out Mr. Hobbs I think you'll all enjoy it!

THIS IS A GREAT MOVIE VERY FUNNY, IT'S ABOUT A FAMILY MAN WHO WANTS TO GO AWAY WITH HIS WIFE ON A VACATION BUT HIS WIFE INVITES ALL THE KIDS AND GRAND KIDS AND SON INLAWS WITH THEM.THEY GET A VERY OLD RUN DOWN HOUSE ON THE BEACH, AND EVERYTHING STARTS TO GO WRONG. THIS IS A GREAT MOVIE FOR ALL AGES,I RECOMMEND THIS DVD IF YOU LIKE JIMMY STEWART AND FUNNY MOVIES THEN YOU HAVE TO BUY THIS ONE!!
