Admitedly, Hasbro has created lots of versions of C-3PO since it first introduced him in its 1978 line of action figures. This latest incarnation of the beloved, iconic protocol droid is the best of them all.

A great C-3PO was released in 2005 as part of Hasbro's "Revenge of the Sith" line-up of toys. This one is similar, but its gold-looking plating is a little more realistic and it is the first C-3PO figure to feature knee joints -- yes, that's right. And that's a requirement, because this 3PO sits on a throne...

In 1983, an Ewok Village playset was released featuring a wooden throne to put Goldenrod onto -- worshipped by the Ewoks and considered to be a deity. Now, Hasbro has dusted off this concept and offers the throne as an accessory that makes this figure truly special.
