I can see how a very fit person would find this workout way too easy, but as a person who isn't very fit or coordinated, I think this video is nearly perfect. I get a great workout that didn't make me feel like I was going to keel over from exhaustion, and I don't have to worry about complicated steps that would take me the last 17 weeks of my pregnancy to perfect. As a mother of a 3 year old, working out usually involves climbing over my son or the toys that he throws under my feet, and I didn't have too much problem picking up where I left off in the video after many of those interruptions.

It's hard enough to get into a fitness routine as a beginner but, add pregnancy to the mix and it's a whole new ballgame! This is a really great workout for the beginner and it's very energizing. Highly recommend this!

I bought this video while about 7weeks pregnant. I had a very hard first 4 months that was riddled with pain, and sickness. So the hardes thing was to stay in shape. This video and it;s 3 work outs are very easy to do no matter how hard your pregnancy is. It got you moving and a steady enough pace to not over do it at all. I'd totally recommend it. I'm 6 months now and still using it a couple times a week.

I was already a huge fan and own most of Denise Austin's workout videos, so I picked up this one when I became pregnant. It is one of the rare aerobic videos for pregnancy and also has toning segments adapted to your trimester. Denise also brings her upbeat, positive energy to the video, making it fun. Working out with this video made me feel better and helped with not gaining excess weight during my pregnancy.

I have always liked Denise Austin's workouts and I especially liked this one for pregnancy. I usually go the gym but on the days I can't make it there I use this DVD. I really like that you can just do the cardio or the toning portion. I also like the fact that the toning is split between 2nd trimester exercises and 3rd trimester exercises. What I have also found helpful is being able to learn modified exercises that I can use in my workout classes at the gym. The cardio portion could be a little more intense but I have found ways to modify that to my level, sometimes I add small 1 lb or 2 lb weights to my wrists.
