This product is great. Easy to do yet effective. I starting using it at 33 weeks. I like that you can select which workout you want instead of doing the same one over and over.

I absolutely hated this DVD. Denise was overly perky to the point I wanted to throw up. I also did not like she was not pregnant in the video. The workout wasn't that good or motivating. I would never reccomend this to anyone. Go w/ the Tracy Mallet Pilates, it's way better.

I relied a lot on others reviews when deciding which videos to purchase and I have to disagree when it came to this video. I have only done the workout once and found myself telling the TV to shut up and quit encouraging me like I was a child. I felt the video was nothing I couldn't have just made up or simply figured out on my own. It was extremely slow paced and almost over simplified. If you are like me and feel as if you are only pregnant, not a toddler learing to walk, I would recomend going a different direction.

I think this is a good workout for people who have not been keeping up and exercising their entire pregnancy. I found it to be a little easy but a nice break from my normal routine. I am thinking as I get further along, I am 30 weeks now, that I will really start using this and give up my harder routines. Overall it is good and fun and will get your heart rate up.

I purchased this DVD while still in my first trimester, but didn't start using it until my second trimester. I did not work out regularly pre-pregnancy, so I love that the routines are simple and easy to learn. There are workouts designed for each trimester as well as a post-natal workout. If you are not an exercise junkie and just looking for a way to maintain your physique while pregnant, this DVD is perfect for you!
