Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Perfect Clubs
I puirchased these after lolking around quite thoroughly. These are absolutely perfect to get the little ones into the game. My 3 year old has been asking to go golfing for a long time as we live on a course, so we finaly went and these are great for her. She is still a little short for the AL500 but should be good when she is 4 and a bit better at taking instruction... till then she can just hit the ball her way. I recommend these highly.

As for not getting spacers... Then never said that they were included, and they are sold seperatlly for $10 ... not a big deal as I don't need them for 2 years at least.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Accu-Length Lefty Clubs
My son has been enjoying his Accu-Length Left-Handed golf set. He is a beginner so this set works perfectly! I would let buyers know though there are no spacers that come with this starter set. For this first season with the clubs he luckily did not need the spacers. We did purchase spacers separately. There are 5 spacers that come in a pack. For a first time golfer this set has been great!

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Great when they work, but excellent customer service
I purchased two sets for my kids and the concept is great -- just add the spacers as the kids grow. However, there are a couple of things to watch out for:

- on multiple clubs, I have found the screw to come loose and the grip is no longer firm into the shaft. Acculength replaced one, no questions asked.

- I have had periodic trouble getting spacers in. Sometimes they just wont screw in. I think it has more to do with the shaft than with the spacer, but it is a pretty big pain.

Overall, I would say it is a better deal to replace individual clubs periodically than to have to replace the set every year or two.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Missing pieces and NO spacers for the clubs included!
Santa brought two sets of clubs for my 7 and 8 year old sons. The clubs are great so far, but we were led to believe that the "spacer pieces" which extend the club length over time, came with the clubs. No where in the product description does it mention the spacer pieces are sold seperately. There is no prompt to add on a spacer kit for the future. The advertising for the clubs says it will last a child for many years but how can this be when there is no mention of buying the spacers seperately from the clubs? This is totally unfair advertising in my opinion. To top it off, there was a new sticker put on the box describing the contents of the box...with no mention of a spacer. BUT, I peeled off the NEW sticker and the OLD sticker underneath said the contents did include ONE spacer. I feel like the company should send us at least one spacer per golf club set. The company definitely needs to change their product description to guide the buyer into "buying" the spacers seperately, in addition to the clubs. Funny that "locking pins" were included, but no spacers to "lock in!"
Lastly, a small bag of newer, longer locking pins were included in one box and not the other box of golf clubs. The newer, longer locking pins are said to provide a more secure lock for the clubs and to disregard the factory installed pins and the pins contained in the golf bag. Hmmm....
Sincerely,
Upset Santa

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - What a great idea
If you're looking for a great way to get your little one involved in golf, these expandable clubs can't be beat. Having the right length club for a growing kid is the best way to develop a great little golfer. That gets expensive and these clubs overcome that issue. The quality of the clubs and bag is top notch. They are light but don't seem cheap. I'm going to tell everyone I know and I highly recommend these for all developing young golfers.
