The PQ is average compared to other HD releases. Paramount is recalling it because it contains no extras even though the package said so.

Just wanted to put out the word that High Definition Digest is reporting: "In what may end up being the biggest packaging blunder yet for a high-def title, Paramount's 'Jack Ryan Collection' HD DVD appears to have shipped to retail in a deluxe "Special Collectors Edition" box set that contains none of its advertised bonus features."
IF special features are important to your value of this product, you might want to wait a bit until there's some clarification or resolution about purported missing content.

So cool having Paramount as HD DVD only!!! ok lets talk about this collection.....4, count them please, The Jack Ryan Collection (Special Collector's Edition) includes The Sum of All Fears, Clear and Present Danger, Patriot Games, and The Hunt For Red October. All HD, thats like $17 each what a steal for hd movies. Not to mention these are classics all great movies!! can't wait got this set on pre order....this is a big 4 disc set all the movies are special editions and should be loaded with extras!!!
