You MUST love John Travolta for having the nerve to
squeeze" in those tight pants of the '70s!
the purchase went very smooth, the dvds are in perfect condition!
as for the movie itself - do I have to say more!?!

[[ASIN:B00006CXH5 Staying Alive (Widescreen Edition)]
Watching, exercising to both movie soundtracks of "Saturday Night Fever" and "Staying Alive" with John Travolta would definitely make the change of many lives.
If you danced to one of the songs "per day", any individual would not need any "weight loss" (OTC-over-the-counter) medications/supplements, etc.
I watch this & having lived those days, it's amazing how "Music was the Cure" to seemly about everything. Overall, great health!!
Many obese persons would never have weighed in heavier than the normal mascular body-mass of which one is structurally built.
It's a "fun" dancing experience, may help with depression.
I would send a major recommendation that work out to just one of these songs by dancing (when you have a few moments alone, or not) daily.
That's all, amazing results would come about naturally. (Possibly try to treat your body as what you expect from it-"overall terrific health"). What would it hurt to try?

The Saturday Night Fever and Staying Alive DVD's were really enjoyable to watch. I threw a 70's theme party for my husbands 50th birthday and I played the DVD's while I played other Disco music during the party. We watched Staying Alive later that night and got a kick out of the styles.
