My husband put this together the day before Christmas. When my 3 year old son went to ride it the back wheels fell off. Then when my husband went to fix it the axle where the bolts go on was stripped. Now he has to find a way to fix it. Otherwise I have to buy a new one and it defintely will not be this product.

We got this for my 3-year-old son for Christmas. My husband was able to put it together quickly (a big bonus) and it looked adorable! My son was so excited to get this gift, and he immediately started riding it around the kitchen. It's now found a new home in the garage so he can play with it outside and it's just perfect for him. He can ride it independently, and I don't have to worry about him falling non-stop. Great product at a great price!

The back wheel of this scooter is secured with hard plastic spacers which literally cracked apart within the first 24 hours of owning this scooter. My husband who is a mechanic, put this together and tried to fix it once it broke, but unfortunately there is no "fixin" plastic that has cracked in half and shattered. I bought this scooter for my 3 year old son who weights 35 pounds and it couldn't hold up to him....pathetic! The body is made well, but buyer beware, the mechanics of the wheel securing system stink!

If you have a little one, this is the scooter for you! I bought this for my nephew for Christmas, and he loves it! He loves Diego anyway, so when he opened the gift, it was squeals all around. The adults were even more impressed, however, when we put it together. First, it was relatively easy--and we have seen our share of difficulty in that department. The wheels are like really high quality roller-blade wheels...my Dad was able to let the little one scooter through the hallway that has brand new wood floors! (Of course, you wouldn't want to do that AFTER it's been used outside.) The ride is very smooth and feels stable. The body is very solid; it's easy to see why it is rated to support up to 150 pounds. Highly recommended!!
