I had a DS for a while and there are such a small amount of games for it that are not for kids only, I got bored with it. I am excited to play so many games for it.

I originally bought Sony PSP Star Wars Battlefront Renegade Squadron Entertainment Pack - Ceramic White for myself and had a lot of fun playing it. You definitely need a memory stick to go with it. The wireless, MP3, CMD movies and a plethora of games to choose from are worth every cent. Not to mention it's collectible. Unfortunately, my hands are too big and I nearly got carpal tunnel syndrome playing it so I gave it to a friend of the family.

I bought this for my son (10) for christmas.....he's thrilled. He has starwars games for the computer and nintendo64/gameboy, but he loves this one. He didnt put it down for 3 days. The graphics are great for a handheld! And it appears to be well made, its got good weight to it, and doesnt feel cheap.

PSP Starwars Bundle is a blast - my 9 y/o son's jaw hit the floor when he opened it Christmas morn. He also got the Marvel Ultimate Alliance game but alas, could not play it Christmas day because we needed 1 GB memory stick that WAS NOT included in the bundle. Should have read the fine print. Emailed Sony to find out why a mem stick is not included when most games so obviously need it. They said among the many upgrades such as the ability to stream video via your TV, the memory stick in the bundle was not one of them?!
Be sure you read the fine print, know what capacity your games require and be sure to have a memory stick so your kid can get to playing right away. Make sure you buy a case for it as well because the screen is prone to fingerprints and scratches. This is a sleek little machine and probably more than a 9 y/o needs in a gaming system but hopefully, after having to go out the day after Xmas and buy a memory stick, he will have it around for a while.
