Our 2 year old is in love with these hats/helmets. Very well made and colorful. A great value. Provides us with lots of opportunity for pretend play. Would not hesitate to buy again.

My son is almost 3 and LOVES to play dress up with hats. We got him this set one day when we were looking for a cool police man hat and (alas) could not find one. These hats have been a big hit! But I have a safety issue... the two helmets with the face shield are a bit of a hazard. The shield is not very sturdy, and the shields are easily pulled down lower than they should go, creating a gap between the top of the shield and the helmet. My son loves to look over the top, and sometimes he pretends the face shield is the chinstrap for a football helmet. Funny, until he gets stuck. Funny, until he pinches himself with it. I removed the shields and now everything is fine.

I know the age on this is higher, but I bought it for my son's for Easter this year (they functioned as baskets, something I highly recommend!) They're 2 and 3 and have gotten quite a bit of enjoyment out of them. There's not much to describe beyond what is shown in terms of use, but I will say little fingers need help putting the straps on around the chin. Also, it only got a 4 star for durability because I think it took about a month before the goggles broke and the plastic popped out. The plastic on the police and racing helmet hasn't been a problem through (its been almost 6 months). Once the plastic popped out of the goggles my preschooler and toddler were still perfectly content using them without it. For the price it was a great buy for us.

I purchased these for my nephew's 3rd birthday. This was the hit of the party! All the kids grabbed a hat and especially loved the visors on the race car and policeman hats. It is tough to find reasonably priced dress up outfits for boys. This one has 5 imaginative role options - great to share! The construction is more durable than what the picture might look. I was pleased with the choice and had other mothers ask where they could purchase them.

I got this for my 3 year old son for Christmas and he loves them. We all get to put on a different hat and pretend! The other day, he and my husband, dressed up like firemen and rescued Mommy from a burning building.
