First Disk: Matt Hardy is featured on the first disk. I have to say one can tell that Vince neutered the love triangle chapter on the disk. If you see the Ultimate Insiders Hardys DVDs and watch this you will see that it is very different in tone and what is said. I really like that the documentary for Matt and Jeff do not mix together and repeat. They are both well done and go over the careers. It does not go over thoroughly about the tag team years. If you are looking for that you would want to get the Hardy Boyz Leap of Faith.

Disk Two is on Jeff Hardy's story. It is well done and it is shorter than the Matt Hardy story. It goes into how different Jeff Hardy is from Matt. Goes into how artistic he is and how he is a free spirit. It talks about how he left WWE and what caused him to leave. It then goes into what brought him back and the new heights he is now going to. I hope he gets his stuff together. He got suspended for 60 days for violating the WWE Wellness Policy. One more time and he is fired for good. He was in line supposedly for a world title run this year. Hopefully he can get his life back on track and be the wrestler he can be.

If you were a fan of the previous Hardy Boyz dvd back in 2001, then you must pick up this one.

My favorite kind of wrestling DVDs are the ones that are out of character and done in a documentary style. When I first read about this DVD, I was a little disappointed because the way it was worded, was that there were only matches that happened recently. Then, watching it, those matches are a bonus. The main discs of each brother are documentaries about real life problems. I've always been a big fan of the Hardy Boyz, if you are, you should absolutely pick this up.

This is a pretty good set that comes with two seperate DVD's talking about the Hardy's. The documentaries are really good and make up for the sub par match selections. The matches are much better concerning Jeff. But I feel the picks could have been a whole lot better for both of them. The documentary is straight forward with the matches being extras. I prefer this format the best. This way it's easier to get into the stories. Plus unlike other DVD sets you will hear from additional superstars such as Michaels Hayes, Shannon Moore, and Gregory Helms. The matches are in their entirety with entrances. Which is a huge plus when it comes down to the Hardy's. Also both DVD's have some very good match footage.
Disk 1 Matt Hardy
Matt talks about the way he and his brother became wrestling fans and how they trained themselves. They began at very young ages and the story is pretty good. He goes on about his days as being a mere jobber, tag team success, and singles competition. The ordeal with Lita and Edge is also covered.

Disk 1 covered in better detail on what got them started wrestling. Jeff pretty much tells his side of the story and touches on some of the same things. He talks about his wrestling career plus other hobbies he has on the side, such as being an artist and making music. He mentions his first singles title win. Being released from the WWE and his return. This second disk is pretty good but I enjoyed the first one more. This one makes up by having better matches plus Jeff's music video.

This isn't the best set from WWE but I recommend this one. I think it's a great idea to pick up this along with The Hardy Boyz; Leap of Faith. Between the two of those you get alot of info on the Hardys and possibly their very best tag team matches.

I am looking forward to this DVD but I worry it may now be delayed as Jeff has been suspended for failing a drug test. I know it sounds petty as I do hope he recovers but be a shame if a promising set is pushed back because of his mistakes.
For the set, it does look good but wish someone would put the Wrestlemania 2000 ladder match on for once.
